Colin Brown is giving Holy Cross steady production behind the plate
In the 2026 season, Holy Cross catcher Colin Brown is a right-handed junior whose value comes from contact, on-base skills, and a proven everyday role, with a .225 average, .303 OBP, and 20 hits in 89 at-bats through the season line available. His 2024 season was the better offensive benchmark, when he hit .279 with a .418 OBP and 23 walks, and the strong walk totals plus a career .404 OBP suggest a disciplined approach that can help a lineup even when the bat cools. He also brings added value as a catcher who has stayed in the lineup and handled run support responsibilities for a high-leverage Holy Cross team.
