veteran VMI guard with efficient spot-impact scoring
Bond is a seasoned VMI guard whose value has been more about *efficient bursts* and steady guard play than high-volume production. In 2020-21, he had a career night with 15 points on 6-of-7 shooting against St. Andrews, while his season profile showed modest per-game numbers but solid shooting efficiency for a reserve/role guard. He brings experience, composure, and enough perimeter touch to help when a team needs a low-drama backcourt piece rather than a primary creator. If you want a guard who understands his role and can give you brief scoring pops, he fits that mold.
