Will Andre brings local pedigree and upside to Samford’s bullpen
Will Andre arrives at Samford as a Hoover High product with clear local pedigree, earning MVP honors twice and All-South recognition in high school[2]. Perfect Game lists him as a 2025 grad right-handed pitcher with a Samford commitment and notes a strong prospect profile, which suggests real developmental upside if his stuff continues to sharpen[3]. He looks like a fit for a program that values competitive, projectable arms rather than just raw stat lines, but public college performance data for his Samford career is limited right now[2][3].
