Wyche’s value is size, defense, and rebound grit — when healthy
Joshua Wyche is a 6-foot-7 Lafayette wing/forward whose best selling points are versatility, physical tools, and defensive rebounding when he’s on the floor. In the 2024-25 season, he averaged 2.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 15.3 minutes before an injury ended his season after nine games; in 2025-26, he returned for 11 games but was still limited, averaging 0.6 points and 1.6 rebounds in 6.8 minutes. The big question is durability: the upside is a long, useful glue guy, but he’s more fit for a team betting on development than one needing immediate production.
