Shawn Gee brings SEC-ready length and power to Mississippi State’s front seven
In the 2025 season at Mississippi Delta CC, Shawn Gee played 8 games and posted 21 tackles with 1 sack, then arrived at Mississippi State as a 6-4, 280-pound EDGE/LB with a reputation for a strong first step, upfield burst, long-arm power, and the ability to drive linemen backward. Mississippi State’s staff also notes he was a multi-year varsity player and team captain at Shades Valley, which hints at real straight-line competitiveness and toughness. He looks like a fit if you want size, motor, and growth potential more than finished polish.
