late-inning righty with strikeout bite for North Alabama
In the 2026 season, Kelly Crumpton gave North Alabama a useful bullpen arm, logging 17.0 innings over 15 relief appearances with 20 strikeouts, a 5.82 ERA, and his first save in the Lions’ upset win over No. 1 seed North Florida. He’s a right-on-right reliever with a pro frame, solid strikeout ability, and enough trust to handle leverage, but the walk/run prevention needs tightening if he’s going to be more than a situational arm. If you want a competitive, experienced bullpen piece with some swing-and-miss, he’s intriguing.
