Jackson Williams gives Alabama State a real middle-of-the-order jolt
In the 2026 season, Jackson Williams has shown real pop and run-producing ability for Alabama State, earning SWAC Newcomer of the Week honors after batting .353 with two doubles, a home run, and five RBI early in the year. He’s a 6'4", 210-pound right-handed UT who brings legitimate physical upside, and his big-game moments include multi-RBI outbursts and a three-run homer against Georgia State. The only real flag is that he was also listed as a redshirt freshman, so durability and full-season consistency still need a longer look.
