Cody Callahan brings lefty upside, but the stat sheet is still warming up
In the 2026 season, Cody Callahan is a 5-foot-9, 175-pound sophomore left-handed pitcher for North Carolina A&T, with the added bonus of being a Southpaw arm that coaches can usually dream on. The hard data is thin right now — the team roster notes no current season stats — so the intrigue is more about profile than production: a left-handed pitcher from North Brunswick with freshman-year college exposure and a build that suggests he’s more finesse-and-angles than overpowering bulk. If you want a developmental arm with some deceptive value, he’s interesting; if you need instant ace-level innings, the evidence isn’t there yet.
