Tylen Singleton is LSU’s rising, do-it-all linebacker with breakout juice
In the 2025 season, Tylen Singleton flashed real upside for LSU, finishing with 15 tackles and 1.0 tackle for loss, then punctuated it with a career-best 9-tackle, TFL performance in the Texas Bowl against Houston. He’s a compact, physical linebacker at 6-foot-1, 227 pounds who has steadily earned trust in Blake Baker’s defense, appearing in 17 career games and stepping up when injuries hit. The appeal here is motor, versatility, and “next man up” reliability — a smart fit for a team that values toughness, instincts, and growth.
