intriguing redshirt freshman back with local-rooted upside for Furman
In the 2025 season, Furman’s Isaiah Davis flashed big-play juice in a tiny sample: 3 carries for 37 yards, a 12.3-yard average, and a long run of 32 yards. The bigger story is the profile—he arrived as a three-time all-region high school standout, senior-team captain, and a multi-threat athlete with 1,698 all-purpose yards in 2024, which points to burst, versatility, and competitive edge. He looks like a smart fit for a team that values explosive, multi-use backs and developmental upside.
