Davidson's Redshirt Freshman LHP with Elite State Rankings and Unmatched Intensity
Carson Taggart, a redshirt freshman left-handed pitcher for the Davidson Wildcats, stands out as the 8th-ranked catcher in Georgia and 57th nationally, showcasing rare versatility and elite potential. Beyond his stats, Taggart differentiates himself through relentless intensity, a deep personal faith that fuels his resilience, and a personality marked by gratitude and leadership. Though he recently transitioned from high school at Blessed Trinity Catholic, his 6'4" frame and L/L batting style offer a unique physical profile. With no reported injury history and a travel team background that includes the Georgia Jackets 17u National, Taggart is a high-fit candidate for teams seeking intensity, versatility, and a player who brings both athletic excellence and strong character.
