Xander McAfee brings size, speed, and proven run production to UT Arlington
McAfee is an intriguing 6'4" outfielder who already showed impact power and speed in college, with UT Arlington listing him at .259 in 2026 and his McLennan sophomore season producing a .359 average, 5 homers, and 24 stolen bases. He also profiles as a contact-capable bat with extra-base pop and athletic versatility, and reporting describes him as an elite-speed center fielder with multi-sport upside. If you want a physical corner/center-field option who can change a game on the bases and grow into more power, he fits.
