a high-usage, high-intensity guard who can score in bunches and impact both ends
Shabazz has been a proven lead guard and volume scorer for San Francisco, highlighted by a 2022-23 season in which he led the Dons with 17.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game while starting all 34 games and finishing in double figures 24 times.[3] He brings edge and versatility as a 6'0" guard who can create off the dribble, hit threes, and chip in steals, with ESPN listing him at 14.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in his earlier Dons profile.[2] For a team, the appeal is his competitive motor and multi-category production; the tradeoff is that his value is tied more to shot-making and pace than pure size or elite efficiency.[2][3]
