Luke Lang is already a steadying force on Iona’s mound as a freshman
In the 2026 season, Luke Lang emerged as one of Iona’s most reliable arms, going 5-3 with a 3.61 ERA, 54 strikeouts, and a team-high five wins while earning All-MAAC Rookie Team honors and three Rookie of the Week awards[1][2]. The draw here is the combo platter: he can miss bats, work deep enough to swing weekends, and showed big-game poise with an eight-inning gem at Siena and a 10-strikeout outing against Saint Peter’s[2][5]. If you want a young right-hander with competitiveness and upside, he’s worth the attention.
