Ella Holman brings contact, speed, and versatility to Dayton
In her 2025 freshman season, Holman appeared in 38 games and earned 26 starts, posting 16 hits, 14 runs, 11 RBI, nine walks, a six-game reached-base streak, and a perfect 3-for-3 mark in stolen bases. Dayton lists her as a catcher/outfielder, which adds lineup and defensive flexibility, and her first career homer came in a key road win at Loyola Chicago. She also made the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll, signaling strong academics and reliability—useful traits for a coach looking for a versatile, low-drama competitor with room to grow.
