Troy’s low-profile kicker with real leg talent, but no recent game tape
Gage Theus is a 5-foot-11, 171-pound junior kicker at Troy who has yet to appear in Division I game action for the Trojans, so the big question is projection, not production. His resume does show genuine upside: at Fort Scott CC in the 2021 season, he made 9 of 18 field goals, hit 12 of 14 extra points, and drilled three kicks from 40+ yards with a long of 50. He also brought a strong high-school kicking profile, including a 50-yard field goal and 26-of-27 PATs in 2020. If you want a developmental leg with range, he’s worth a look.
