Quade Chatmon is an explosive, downhill RB with big-play DNA
In the 2025 season, Quade Chatmon flashed efficiency at Southern Illinois, averaging 5.4 yards per carry on 27 rushing yards with a touchdown in limited action, and his high school résumé screams upside: 1,400+ rushing yards and 17 TDs as a senior on an 11-1 team. At 6-foot, 205 pounds, he brings a compact build, burst, and enough long-speed to hit creases quickly, making him intriguing for teams that value physical runners with room to grow. The catch? He’s still early in his college development, so the fit is more “bet on traits and trajectory” than proven volume producer.
