versatile Samford senior with speed-first value
Kathryn Bryars is a 5-foot-7 outfielder for Samford who brings lineup flexibility, speed, and smart role-player value—especially as a pinch runner and occasional starter. In the 2026 season, she appeared in 14 games and was used mostly in support spots, scoring 8 runs and stealing 2 bases, while earlier at Samford she scored 3 runs in 2025 and 1 in 2024. Her best fit is a team that needs an energetic, defense-leaning outfielder who can pressure the bases and elevate the dugout’s intensity without needing the ball to be center stage.
