Garrett Golday brings efficient frontcourt minutes and defensive activity to Tennessee Tech
Golday’s current profile is that of a low-usage, efficient forward who gives Tennessee Tech steady minutes, finishing the 2025-26 season with 3.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 46.5% shooting in 20 games. His value is less about volume and more about being a reliable, hard-working piece who can defend, rebound, and avoid forcing shots. For a team looking for a role player who understands his job, he looks like a fit; the main limitation is that he has not shown high-end scoring or playmaking production yet.
