Charleston Southern’s Jackson Militello Brings Catcher’s Pop and Depth Behind the Plate
In the 2026 season, Jackson Militello is a right-handed catcher on Charleston Southern’s roster, and his profile suggests a sturdy, versatile backstop with legitimate power upside. He’s listed at 6'0", 190 pounds and has also shown enough bat to get noticed in summer play, including a 1-for-3 game with a solo homer and two RBIs in June 2026. The appeal here is the catching frame, right-right makeup, and a profile that hints at everyday value if the defense and contact bat keep trending up.
