Jo Silver brings captaincy, efficiency, and two-way juice to Delaware’s backfield
In the 2025 season, Jo Silver delivered a team-best 652 rushing yards, 5 rushing touchdowns, 29 catches for 222 receiving yards, and a score as Delaware’s 68 Ventures Bowl MVP, and he enters 2026 as a team captain and preseason all-conference selection. He’s a compact, physical runner at 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with legit receiving utility, and the bigger differentiator is trust: Delaware has leaned on him in high-leverage spots, including after an injury interruption last season. If your team wants a proven lead back with burst, balance, and pass-game versatility, Silver fits beautifully.
