Omaha's Steady Veteran Guard with Championship Pedigree
Alex Phillips, a battle-tested guard for the Omaha Mavericks, delivers reliable production at 6.6 PPG, 2.3 RPG, and 1.4 APG on 44.8% FG in his senior 2013-14 season, appearing in 31 games with one start[2][3]. His high school differentiator shines through—a state championship MVP who led Glenwood to a 30-1 record—bringing clutch intensity and leadership that's rare in reserves[3]. No recent injury flags post his 1999-20 college leg issue at Roanoke[4]; he's a smart, academic-honored fit for teams needing gritty depth and winning DNA without ego.
