Adrian Powell brings versatile two-way forward play and efficient scoring touch to NC A&T
Powell is a left-handed forward who sees the floor well, scores in a variety of ways, and has shown real value as a disruptive defender, with NC A&T listing him at 591 career points, 312 rebounds, 90 steals, and 87 assists entering the 2012-13 season. His profile suggests a connector wing/forward rather than a pure volume scorer: career marks of .452 from the field, .710 at the line, and .323 from three point to a strong all-around game, while a seven-game double-figure stretch highlighted his consistency and shot-making. If you want a smart, active forward who can fit into multiple lineups, he’s a credible fit.
