Strike-throwing righty with real SEC-adjacent polish at SIUE
In the 2026 season, Kyle Rossy has given SIUE a dependable bullpen arm: 8 appearances, a 7.11 ERA, and 6 strikeouts in 6.1 innings[1][7]. The intriguing part is the long view—he’s a 6'2", 215-pound right-hander who spent two seasons at Central Florida without game action, then arrived with a reputation as a competitive, high-honor-roll two-sport athlete who showed strikeout ability in high school and flashes of power stuff when he’s right[1][9]. If your team needs a sturdy, team-first reliever with upside rather than a finished product, Rossy is the kind of arm worth a deeper look[1][9].
