Angelakos brings veteran, strike-throwing upside to Gardner-Webb’s staff
Nicholas Angelakos enters Gardner-Webb as a seasoned right-hander with a good-sized 6-2, 205 frame and a resume that suggests he can help right away. In 2024 at Berry College, he posted a 2.08 ERA with a 6-0 record and earned second-team all-conference honors, plus academic all-conference recognition; Gardner-Webb also highlighted his first-team all-region and team MVP background from Etowah. He’s the kind of arm coaches like: experienced, decorated, and battle-tested with national-team experience for Greece. If your team wants a reliable competitor with polish and a strong track record, he’s a fit.
