6'5" veteran guard with proven all-around polish
McClain is a skilled, versatile guard whose value shows up beyond scoring: he has NBA-style size for the position at 6'5", earned NJCAA All-American honors by averaging 23.1 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 4.8 assists at United Tribes Technical College, and later gave UTRGV steady backcourt depth as a senior. His game profile suggests a connector rather than a volume scorer — physical, experienced, and capable of contributing across the box score, which makes him appealing for teams that want length, maturity, and two-way reliability.
