Mercyhurst LHP Anthony Krause Is a Big-bodied Lefty Still Finding His Groove
Anthony Krause is a 6'2" left-hander with a power arm profile and early college experience at Mercyhurst, but his current performance has been uneven, including a 6.46 ERA over 15.1 innings in 2025 and a rough outing in March 2026. His appeal is the classic lefty starter look, size, and projectability, plus the kind of arm that can still trend up if command sharpens. For a staff looking for upside over polish, he fits as a developmental arm rather than an immediate stabilizer.
