Nyzaiah Chambers brings veteran size, rebounding, and blue-collar edge to Norfolk State
Nyzaiah Chambers is a 6-foot-7 forward for Norfolk State who has grown into a reliable rotation piece, and in the 2023-24 season he averaged 3.3 points and 3.6 rebounds while appearing in 32 games and making 11 starts[2][5]. His value is less about flashy scoring and more about toughness: he’s a physical rebounder with a strong work rate, has shown he can battle for second-chance boards, and posted a career-high 12 rebounds in a game[9]. He also fits the “does the dirty work” mold that coaches love, with Norfolk State listing his high school résumé as a decorated rebounder and shot-blocker[14].
