Sydney Polli is UC Davis’ contact-and-clutch sparkplug, with record-tying pop
In the 2026 season, Sydney Polli emerged as one of UC Davis’ most reliable bats, finishing second on the team with a .351 average, tying for the team lead with nine doubles and three triples, and going a perfect 6-for-6 on stolen-base attempts[4]. Her calling card is versatility at the plate: she can spray line drives, manufacture runs, and still hurt you with extra-base power, including a school-record-tying 5-for-5 day against UC Riverside[3][4]. If you want a gritty, high-motor infielder who plays up in big moments, Polli looks like a strong fit[4].
