Reece Holbrook gives Charleston a contact-and-speed spark in 2026
In the 2026 season, Reece Holbrook hit .292 with 16 doubles, 18 RBI and a team-best 21 stolen bases for College of Charleston, showing real table-setting speed and gap power. He also logged an increased everyday role after limited usage earlier in his career, and reports from the program highlighted him as one of the Cougars’ top defensive players with a solid year at the plate. The fit is appealing if you want an athletic outfielder who can run, defend and pressure defenses without needing the ball to leave the yard.
