Navy’s hard-nosed, special-teams-first fullback with real edge
In the 2024 season, William Ingle appeared in every game for Navy, primarily on special teams, after previously being a prep-school and high-school standout in Ohio. Navy’s roster bio describes him as a talented back who “runs with an edge,” is hard to tackle, and can even play quarterback if needed—classic Midshipman versatility. He has size (5'10", 215) and a downhill style that fits Navy’s physical identity, but he has not yet logged meaningful offensive production, so his value is more as a rugged depth piece and tone-setter than a stat-sheet star.
