Pass-first, high-IQ Boise State guard with culture-fit upside
Rayzhon Bergersen is a low-usage, pass-first guard whose value shows up in tempo control, spacing, and disciplined defense more than raw scoring; in 2025-26 he has been used sparingly at Boise State, so the appeal is his decision-making and fit rather than box-score production[2][4]. Reports from his transfer background describe him as a guard who does not hunt shots and plays with pride on the defensive end, while his prior NNU stint showed steady playmaking with 2.0 assists per game in 2024-25[1][4].
