veteran Jaguars wing who stuffs the stat sheet and sets the tone
B.J. Maxwell is the kind of experienced guard/wing who quietly makes a roster better: in the 2021-22 season at IU Indianapolis, he led the Jaguars in scoring (12.5 ppg), rebounds (5.0 rpg), steals (33), free throws made (63) and threes made (36), while also flashing defensive playmaking and a high-minute motor. He’s a reliable connector who can score, rebound, and guard multiple spots, and his academic consistency adds to the profile. If a team wants toughness, versatility, and a proven all-around contributor, Maxwell is a strong fit.
