Tommy Poholsky is a local Colorado QB prospect still fighting for a bigger role
Tommy Poholsky is a Colorado State quarterback from Evergreen, Colo., who brings a solid prep pedigree: he was a league offensive MVP, an all-state pick, and set his high school record with 8 touchdown passes in a game and 37 in a season. He redshirted at Iowa and again at Colorado State in 2024, so the big story is development rather than game production yet. The appeal is clear: size, hometown toughness, and a track record of winning football. He looks more like a long-term upside fit than an instant-impact starter.
