Bailey is a 6-foot-9 freshman forward for Utah Tech who redshirted in the 2024-25 season, so the appeal is more projection than production right now. He came to college with a strong prep résumé at Skyridge, where he averaged 11.8 points and 5.5 rebounds as a senior, shot 51% from the field, and showed he can score inside, rebound, and handle the ball a bit.
