Josiah Anyansi brings length, burst, and a high-upside frame to Minnesota's D-line
Anyansi is a fresh-faced Minnesota defensive lineman with an intriguing blend of size and upside: 6-foot-3, 260 pounds, and a recruiting profile that credited him with 45 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles in his junior season at Murrieta Valley. He looks like a classic developmental add—physical, disruptive, and still growing into his ceiling—while his senior year was cut short by injury, which is the main caveat. If you want a young DL who fits a long-term build and can eventually bring edge pressure with academic and work-ethic markers, he’s worth a serious look.
