Emma Fales is GW’s do-it-all senior arm and bat
In the 2026 season, Emma Fales gave George Washington real two-way value: she posted a 2.05 ERA over 27.1 innings, hit .267 in 101 at-bats, and was named Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week after throwing five shutout innings with four strikeouts against Wagner. Her edge is versatility and competitiveness — she can pitch, handle utility duties, and still contribute offensively, including clutch RBI and sacrifice production. For a roster that wants a reliable senior with toughness, flexibility, and low-drama production, she’s a very solid fit.
