DePaul's Rebounding Beast Turned Pro Powerhouse Overseas
Marin Marić, the 6'11" Croatian center who lit up DePaul in 2017-18 with 11.1 PPG, 6.8 RPG, and a stellar 54.1% FG while earning Third-Team All-MAC honors earlier at Northern Illinois, has evolved into a dominant pro force—dominating the 2024-25 CBA with Sichuan Blue Whales at 18.0 PPG, 10.7 RPG, and 3.3 APG over 43 games. His great scoring efficiency, very good hustling, and energetic playstyle make him a double-double machine with solid teamwork; a proven winner (Belgian League champ 2019) who's an ideal high-motor big for teams needing rebounding intensity and international grit.
