Quinnipiac lefty J.C. Franconere brings strike-throwing upside and multi-inning value
Franconere is a left-handed arm with real developmental intrigue: Quinnipiac listed him with 30 appearances in one season, 37.1 innings, and 18 strikeouts, while draft/analyst notes have him working in the mid-80s with a slider and changeup mix. The results have been uneven at times, but his ability to handle multiple roles and give a staff innings makes him a useful fit if you want a projectable southpaw rather than an immediate polished ace.
