Shannon Dowell is Missouri’s do-everything guard with a scorer’s punch
In the 2025-26 season, Shannon Dowell gave Missouri a reliable two-way boost: 14.9 points per game, .785 free-throw shooting, and a team-best 5.5 defensive rebounds per game, while also posting a season-high 33 points and 10 rebounds against Oklahoma.[1][6] She plays with edge and competitive fire, attacks the rim, and can swing a game when her shot is falling — exactly the kind of guard who fits a team needing toughness, pace, and late-game shot creation.[2][12]
