Jasean Mayberry brings quick-slot upside to Weber State
Mayberry enters Weber State as a twitchy, separation-friendly receiver with proven production at Corner Canyon, where in the 2025 season he caught 45 passes for 944 yards and 8 touchdowns as a senior. Evaluators describe him as a natural slot target who can play outside, win with footwork and route-running, and become a quarterback’s best friend on third downs. At 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, he looks like a fit for a timing-based offense that values reliability, burst, and clean hands over pure size.
