Antwuan Butler brings steady lead-guard savvy and two-way control to NJIT
Butler is a compact, experienced guard who gives NJIT a reliable ball-handler, creator, and defensive irritant more than a pure scorer. In his NJIT and Austin Peay production, he has shown he can run an offense, notch assists, and chip in steals, with past seasons including double-digit scoring nights and strong playmaking stretches. His fit value is in steadiness, toughness, and decision-making—useful if a team wants a veteran guard who can organize possessions, pressure the ball, and keep the offense functioning without needing heavy usage.
