6-foot-4 Southern Miss RHP with power-prospect size, but no 2026 game stats yet
Rodgers arrives at Southern Miss as a big-bodied righty at 6-foot-4, 228 pounds with a strong prep résumé, including a 1.15 ERA, 34 strikeouts and All-Region/All-State honors at Trinity Christian. He’s a classic upside arm: size, room to add power, and enough pedigree to suggest real bullpen or starter potential once the stuff sharpens. The catch? He did not appear in a game for Southern Miss in 2026 and later entered the transfer portal, so this is more about projection than current production.
