In the 2025-26 season, Boutilier emerged as a defensive difference-maker for Eastern Illinois, leading the OVC in blocks before a season-ending injury and averaging 6.1 points and 6.5 rebounds while giving the Panthers serious interior size at 6-foot-10. Her calling card is paint deterrence — she posted multiple-block games, grabbed double-digit rebounds, and even broke through for her first collegiate double-figure scoring game.
