Mateo Dzolota brings freshman guard energy and a team-first edge to Simpson
In the 2025-26 season, Mateo Dzolota is a 6'1", 180-pound freshman guard for Simpson who’s already showing up as a gritty, high-character piece rather than just a box-score hunter: he logged 16 minutes in his debut, added a rebound and an assist, and was described by teammates coverage as eager to grow as a leader on and off the court. He’s a fit if your team values composure, communication, and development upside—less flashy, more dependable, with room to grow into a bigger role.
