Reid Jacobson brings local power, size, and two-way upside to New Mexico
Jacobson is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound freshman infielder from Albuquerque who gives New Mexico a homegrown bat with room to develop and a versatile INF/RHP profile. He was selected to the USA Baseball 15U national team final training camp roster, a strong sign of advanced talent and competitiveness, and his own comments on training point to added strength, speed, and confidence. For a roster fit, he projects as a high-upside, energetic in-state add who could grow into more impact with continued physical development and reps.[1][2][4]
