Army’s Elite Guard with Patriot League Record-Breaking Playmaking
Tommy Funk, a guard for Army West Point, is a high-intensity, battle-tested leader whose differentiator is his elite playmaking—he holds the Patriot League’s all-time record for assists (706) and reached 1,510 career points with 100 steals. During his standout 2016-17 season, he earned Patriot League All-Rookie Team honors and delivered a 26-point explosion at Navy to secure two league wins. Known for his relentless intensity, clutch scoring, and team-first mentality, Funk is a proven fit for teams needing a veteran guard who elevates teammates under pressure, though his prime performance data is from the 2016-17 era, so current 2025-26 stats aren't available in search results.
