Patrick Adams brings veteran grit and academic polish to Rutgers’ 133/125 mix
Patrick Adams is a seasoned Rutgers transfer who has logged 20 career wins across 125 and 133 pounds, with recent Midlands wins and a reputation for toughness, pace, and lineup flexibility. In the 2025-26 season, Rutgers listed him at 133, while WrestleStat shows him preseason at 125 with a #91 preseason slot and no projected matches yet; he also earned 2026 Big Ten All-Academic honors with a 4.0 GPA. He’s the kind of depth piece coaches love: experienced, dependable, and battle-tested—even when the scoreboard doesn’t always tell the whole story.
