Boston U ace Kasey Ricard is a proven workhorse with shutdown stuff and rare big-game durability
Kasey Ricard has been one of Boston University’s defining pitchers, finishing 2026 with elite volume and production: she led NCAA Division I with 33 wins and 13 shutouts, set Patriot League career records for wins (107), strikeouts (933) and shutouts (42), and earned a record eight Pitcher of the Week awards in a single season.[1][5] Her calling card is heavy strikeout ability, command under pressure, and the kind of durability teams love in a postseason ace; she also brings leadership and academic excellence, making her a strong fit for a program that values both competitive edge and consistency.[4][5]
