Chris Wilson is a high-upside edge setter with real backfield juice for UT Martin
In the 2025 season, UT Martin DE Chris Wilson played in all 12 games, started twice, and flashed disruptive traits with 10 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack, a quarterback hurry, and a blocked kick. At 6-foot-3 and 260 pounds, he brings a sturdy frame, legit length, and the kind of effort that shows up in hidden-impact plays. He’s not yet a volume-stat monster, but he already looks like a rotational defender with growth potential—especially for a team wanting physical edge play, hustle, and special-teams value.
